• Health and safety information such as recent surgeries, blood clotting disorders, heart or lung concerns, history of stroke or seizures, pregnancy or other medical concerns voluntarily provided, and other health or safety details included in your intake
• Session records, practitioner observations, narrative notes, follow-up information, and related session details
• Optional questionnaire or research-related responses when you choose to participate

Still Point may also receive ordinary technical information generated through use of the website or client systems, such as browser or device type, timestamps, authentication activity, and information used to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

Still Point uses personal information for purposes related to operating the studio and providing the services you request.

Identity and contact information may be used to identify you, communicate with you, and manage your relationship with Still Point.

Booking and appointment information may be used to schedule, confirm, reschedule, cancel, and otherwise manage appointments and appointment logistics.

Intake and session-preparation information may be used to help Still Point prepare for your session, understand relevant preferences and context, and avoid approaches or elements you have asked us not to use.

Session records, practitioner observations, narrative notes, and follow-up information may be used for session preparation, continuity between sessions, documentation, follow-up, and related studio operations.

Still Point does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers and does not use private client information for unrelated advertising.

Who may access or process client information

Still Point {technodelic} Studio may access client information as needed to manage bookings, prepare for and conduct sessions, maintain records, provide follow-up, and operate the studio.

Still Point also uses service providers that support parts of its technical infrastructure. These may include:

• Supabase, which processes and stores client, booking, intake, session, and portal data as part of Still Point’s backend infrastructure
• Resend, which is used for transactional email delivery
• Google Workspace and Gmail, which are used for studio email communication
• Google Maps Platform and Google Places, which may receive address or location text entered into autocomplete-enabled fields so matching addresses or places can be suggested

Still Point provides service providers only the information reasonably necessary for the function they perform.

Email communication

Still Point uses email primarily for operational communication such as scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, intake-completion notices, and links back to Still Point systems.

Sensitive intake, health, and session details are kept within Still Point’s private client and practitioner systems rather than included in email messages.

Address and location assistance

Still Point uses Google Maps Platform and Google Places to provide address and location suggestions in certain forms.

When you type into one of these fields, the text you enter may be sent to Google so matching addresses or places can be suggested.

Still Point does not use this feature to collect your device’s precise location.

Use of Google Maps Platform is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Internal Google Calendar use

Still Point may connect its own Google Calendars to internal practitioner tools for scheduling purposes.

These connections are read-only and are used to understand practitioner availability and scheduling context.

Client intake, health, and session records are not sent to Google Calendar through this integration.

Public booking receives only the scheduling information necessary to determine whether a period is available or unavailable. Internal calendar details such as event titles, event locations, connected account identities, and calendar source labels are not intended to be exposed through the public booking experience.

Session records and practitioner notes

Still Point may maintain session records, practitioner observations, narrative notes, follow-up information, and related session details as part of providing and documenting services.

These records may include information provided by the client as well as observations created by Still Point during or after a session.

These records are used for session preparation, continuity between sessions, follow-up, documentation, and related studio operations, and are kept within Still Point’s private client and practitioner systems.

Optional research and questionnaire participation

From time to time, Still Point may invite clients to complete questionnaires or participate in observational or research-related activities.

Participation is optional unless clearly stated otherwise.

When this occurs, Still Point will explain what information is being collected and how it will be used.

Retention, correction, and deletion

Still Point retains client information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain appropriate business and practitioner records, support ongoing client relationships, and meet legitimate administrative or legal needs.

Retention may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

Clients may contact Still Point to request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Clients may also request deletion of personal information where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, recordkeeping, safety, or legal reasons.

How Still Point protects information

Still Point uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access to client information and keep private information separate from public-facing parts of the website.

Access to private client and practitioner systems is limited to authorized Still Point users and the service providers needed to operate those systems.

Sensitive intake, health, and session details are kept within Still Point’s private client and practitioner systems rather than included in email messages.

Still Point takes reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Website technology and analytics

Still Point’s website and client systems may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for functions such as authentication, session continuity, security, and remembering certain interface states.
